The user feedback feature collects reactions and comments on your announcements.
It allows you to see how your announcements are reacted to by your users and helps you to gauge the level of your users' satisfaction with your product by evaluating likes, dislikes, impressions, and comments. So, you will be able to understand the effectiveness of your update or announcement.
Feedback feature is available for all plans.
Simply enable the feedback feature by following the path below:
AnnounceKit Dashboard > Settings > General > Enable Collect Visitor Feedback
How can your visitors give feedback?
Your visitors can leave a comment or click on an emoji on your feed or widget.
To see how your users have reacted to your announcements, visit the Activity section in your dashboard.
