You can use the AI Assistant to automatically generate post content — saving time and keeping your announcements consistent.
The AI Assistant generates multiple content alternatives based on your inputs. Here's how to use it:
Go to Posts, click Create new post, and then click the AI Assistant button in the post editor.
A Generate Post modal will appear. Configure the following options:
Post Type — Choose from New Feature, New Release, or Improvement. (Community Update and Problem Solution Benefit are coming soon.)
Product Name — The name of the product or project this announcement is about.
Title — A brief title describing what the announcement covers.
Keywords — Add a few keywords the AI should use when generating content. You can type and press Enter to add each one.
Tone — Choose between Friendly or Formal to match your brand voice.
Click Generate. The AI will produce one or more content alternatives, each shown in its own panel.
Review the alternatives and click Use this content on the one you'd like to use. The generated text will be inserted into your post editor, ready to publish or edit further.
Tip: The more specific your keywords and title, the more relevant the generated content will be. You can always edit the output after inserting it into your post.
