All the numbers in AnnounceKit Analytics are unique — each visitor or event is counted only once within a given time window, not every time it occurs. This means if the same person opens your widget three times in a session, it counts as one unique view, not three.
The time window used for deduplication is 6 hours. If a visitor returns after more than 6 hours, they will be counted again as a new unique visitor for that period.
Unique counting gives you a clearer picture of your actual audience reach — rather than inflated totals driven by repeated interactions from the same users.
