Team Settings

Invite your team via email with role-based permissions, magic link, or single sign on — and manage roles and 2FA.

Here are three ways how to invite new collaborators to your team. Go to Settings → Team in your dashboard.

Team settings: invite by email with a role selector, and the Team Members list with roles, 2FA status, and actions
  • Via Email Address

    Pretty simple to do!

Just type in the mail address of your coworker that you'd like to invite, and pick a Role for them — each role has distinct permissions, so members only get access to the features and settings they need.

After clicking on "Send Invite", your teammate should get an invitation.

In the Team Members list below, you can change each member's role at any time, see whether they have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled, and remove members.

  • Via Magic Invite Link

Each project has its own unique Magic Invite Link, which can be used for sending invites to your teammates.

In order to invite a teammate via Magic Link, please send the generated link to your teammate. Then, all they have to do is to click on the link to be included on the team.

  • Single Sign On

AnnounceKit supports single sign-on using SAML2. You can use Google Workspace as your identity provider or any SAML-based Identity Provider (IDP), such as Okta, Auth0, OneLogin, or JumpCloud, and grant application access depending on the rules you define in your central identity management solution.

To do this, you need to enter the Single Sign-On and Audience URL to your identity provider.

Then you have to get your SAML 2.0 Endpoint and Public x.509 Certificate to enable Single Sign-On.
