You might be getting this error when there is too much traffic on your widget. Rate limiters calculate traffic per minute, and when the threshold is exceeded for a given period, some widget requests may be temporarily blocked to protect server stability.
Even in this case, the limits are pretty high, and it is very rare to go over them. If the rate limit is exceeded, only a small portion of your users will temporarily be unable to view the widget — and normal service resumes within the same minute.
If you are seeing this error frequently, you may want to consider upgrading your plan. Higher plans come with higher rate limits, which can help if your widget is serving a large number of concurrent users.
