Activity

See user interactions with your announcements

Updated over a week ago

The "Activity" section in AnnounceKit is a feature that allows users to track and analyze user interactions with their announcements. It gives a general idea of how users are reacting to the announcements and helps users figure out how well their campaigns are doing.

How do we keep track of the users?

tldr;

If your activity section is empty, you need to first enable the feedback feature by following the path below:

> AnnounceKit Dashboard > Settings > General > Enable Collect Visitor Feedback

If you want to see the actual username, you need to provide a unique user identifier in your widget embed code, for AnnounceKit to track your users. After this, if the visitor/user is already recorded in the user tracking system, you can see who reacted to your announcement.

To learn more about User Tracking, see here.

From these interactions, you can see your users' feedback, how much they benefit from the updates, and their overall satisfaction level. Interactions, such as widget views, comments, emoji reactions, mail reads, mail link clicks, mail bounces, feedback, and subscriptions, will be tracked here.

Simply enable the feedback feature by following the path below:

AnnounceKit Dashboard > Settings > General > Enable Collect Visitor Feedback

The Activity section enables you to:

  • See user interactions with your announcements

  • See the overall satisfaction of your users

  • Export Activity List

  • Filter activities by Segment Profiles

How to export the Activity list?

You can export an Activity List with all the activities and user data in CVS format and import it to the tool you wish.

To export your Activity List :
