As User Tracking and Segmentation features are enabled through widget configuration, you cannot directly set up them on your standalone feed page.
However, you can still benefit from these features on the standalone feed page.
When a user visits a page with a configured widget, the script creates an identification token and stores it in the visitor's browser as Cookie. For the next 30 days, the standalone feed page recognizes the user from this identification Cookie and records/tracks user events.
Also, if there are any segmented posts, the standalone feed page checks the user's properties and tries to match them with the post's segmentation rules. In case it fits, the post will be listed and displayed on the standalone feed page.
