When you start creating your own NPS survey, you will find two sections for you to customize the survey to suit your needs.
βGeneral Settings
Under General Settings, you can find the following options:
Change the name of the NPS survey (will be seen only on your end, in the dashboard)
Change the title of the survey (will be seen by your end-users)
Publish and Expiry Date
βChange the survey interaction to
βUntil users submit a response ; your users will see the survey until they submit a responseUntil users close it ; the survey will be seen until a user closes it
Only once, even if users don't respond ; the survey will be visible once even if a user doesn't submit a response.
You can also send targeted NPS surveys to your users if you have User Segmentation in your project.
Just create your own user segmentation or use your pre-existing rule and you are good to go!

NPS Customization
You can even customize how the survey looks by changing its colors! See above for a very eccentric survey!
Under Customization, you can find the following options:
Background Color: Change the background color of the survey
Title Text Color: Change the color of your title
Secondary Color: Change the colors of the text that are the title
Button Text Color: Change the text color inside the button
Button Border Color: Change the button border color
Shadow Color: Change the color of the shadow which surrounds the survey window
Alignment: Change which position the survey will be seen (Left-Center-Bottom)
Shadow Size Slider: Change the size of the shadow which surrounds the survey window.
